    • 9:00 AM – Nourishing breakfast

    • 10:00 AM – Movement with Mika (strength, mobility, breath)

    • 12:00 PM – Chef-prepared lunch, poolside or family-style

    • 1:30 PM – Group coaching or guided reflection with Jennifer

    • 3:00 PM – Optional group excursions, solo practice, or quiet rest

    • 7:00 PM – Chef prepared dinner & conversation under the stars

  • Your retreat includes:

Inspired by Bali living, Casa Alang Alang in Tamarindo, Costa Rica is a 15,000 square foot luxury villa located on a private, secluded hillside.     • Final Payment: The remaining 40% balance is due by February 3, 2026.

    • 90+ days before check-in: Full refund of any payments made.

    • 60–90 days before check-in: 50% refund of total payments made.

    • Less than 60 days before check-in: No refunds.

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for guests who depart earlier than scheduled.
