9:00 AM – Nourishing breakfast
10:00 AM – Movement with Mika (strength, mobility, breath)
12:00 PM – Chef-prepared lunch, poolside or family-style
1:30 PM – Group coaching or guided reflection with Jennifer
3:00 PM – Optional group excursions, solo practice, or quiet rest
7:00 PM – Chef prepared dinner & conversation under the stars
